Manufacturing Practices of Cosmetic Products We strictly follow the guidelines of GMP and our management is in line with the world standard.
For every newly developed formulation, it is required to pass the stability tests prior to the production Samples under these conditions without changing the properties such as color and viscosity will be ready for production. For the raw materials, we follow the testing methods in accordance with the requirement of the national standard of the Peoples Republic of China, and the suppliers provided standards for quality control. Those tests include pH, viscosity, melting point, refractive index, dry matter contents, density, foam properties, active contents, iodine value, acidity and alkality. We have specialized facilities that afford a variety approaches to quality control suchas High Performance Liquid Chromatography ,IR and UV spectrometer. They provide precise data for qualitative and quantitative analysis. In addition, when packaging materials are arrived at our factory, our QC coordinators follow Acceptance Quality Level for sampling to inspect their quality before production take place.
